If you can’t resist something wickedly delicious, then my muffin recipes should be a go for you. I make extra decadent muffins garnished with different types of toppings. In this recipe , l used peanuts, coconuts, and chocolate to garnish them. I make sure l cream my butter and caster sugar properly and add my egg and mix until those three ingredients are creamy and once l add my self raising flour, l make sure l gradually fold the flour into my mixture without over beating. My muffins are always elegantly flavoured and my secret is the mixture of vanilla essence and lemon. From rich chocolate to coconut and some well fried peanuts are the ingredients l used in making this delicious goodness. Let your imagination runs wild! Garnish yours with your favourite goodies.
